COVID-19 Vaccinations and Immigration

Starting October 1, individuals applying to immigrate to the U.S. will be required to prove they have received proper COVID-19 vaccinations. Proof of this will be a new requirement, as part of immigrants’ medical exam.

Last month, the CDC stated the recommendation for all Americans who are eligible for vaccination to receive one. The new policy stems from this announcement.
