As years pass, Wisconsin OWI laws simply become stricter. Senate Bill 135, enacted in March of 2018, stated that upon a 4th OWI, your license will be permanently revoked if your conviction happens within 15 years of a previous OWI. A 4th OWI is not the only Wisconsin OWI charge that leads to severe penalties. In the face of any OWI charge, your reputation and future are put on the line. If you have been stopped and arrested on an OWI-related charge, call Stroud, Willink & Howard Criminal Defense Group LLC. Our attorneys have training in the science of OWI evidence collection and will use this to aid your case. We also can help you take other steps that may lead to a dismissal or reduction of charges.
